Tenant Ledger Balances

The report is separated by program and sectioned by project.  It shows the PPU, move in date, household name, and all of the accounts for that program. It can be filtered by program, project, and balances as of date.  At the bottom there is a brief summary with a total amount for project, and a total amount for the program.
