Charges and Adjustments

The report is separated by program and sectioned by project.  It shows program, project, type, account, sequence, number, posted on date, amount, household, PPU, and a description. It can be filtered by program, start and end dates, types (adjustments, charges, and charges+adjustments), and voids (exclude voids, and only voids).
