Service Desk

You may have noticed this blue question mark in the bottom right corner of your Doorways site. This is our service desk feature- it’s useful for finding detailed “how-to’s” in Doorways or contacting our customer support if you would like more assistance:

Clicking the question mark will prompt the bubble below. Type any keywords into the search bar and click enter or the magnifying glass icon to search:

For the sake of example, let’s say you wanted to learn more about “Work Orders” in Doorways. Searching for “Work Order” would prompt the following screen. Under the section “Learn about,” there are several potential guides related to your search. Click on any of the links in blue to find a detailed guide on the topic:

At the bottom of each search, there are more options for contacting customer support. Here you can request assistance by “Technical support” or “Suggest a new feature,” as well as “Report a bug” you may have noticed:

Each of the contact support options will prompt the following screen. For assistance, please leave a description of any issues (the more detailed the better), attach any related screenshots, and an email we can reach you at. This will begin a conversation with our support staff that you may continue to follow and reply to in your email. Remember to click “Send” when finished:
