Program and Non-Program Income by Project

The report shows the program income and non-program income itemized by project, and it breaks down each project into month totals. It lists the project, total unit count, AEL unit count (this count will exclude units that exceeded the DCE (Development Cost and Equipment) threshold, or units that have removed from inventory), rent collected (calculated from the tenant ledgers), the AEL threshold (calculated by the AEL monthly amount multiplied by the number of units, and then multiplied by the number of months in the reporting period to get the total), non-program income (which is the lesser of rent collected or AEL threshold), and then program income (calculated as rent collected minus non-program income). It can be filtered by start and end dates, units (1937 ACT or all), and monthly AEL amount.
