Program and Non-Program Income by Unit

At the summary level, the report shows the program income and non-program income calculated at the unit level. It lists the project name, the unit count, the AEL unit count (this count will exclude units that exceeded the DCE (Development Cost and Equipment) threshold, or units that have removed from inventory), rent collected (calculated from the tenant ledgers), non-program income (which is the lesser of rent collected or AEL threshold), and then program income (calculated as rent collected minus non-program income). It can be filtered by start and end dates, units (1937 ACT or all), and monthly AEL amount. At the detail level it shows itemization by each individual unit.
