Tenant Ledger
The Tenant Ledger is an overview of the tenant’s Accounts Summary.
- Household’s Basic Info: Household name, Unit address, and PPU.
- Tenant Ledger Tab: This tab will display all of the ledger activity for that Household.
- Filtering Options: Date range selection, Transaction type filter, and Voided Transactions.
- Post Payment, Post Charge, Adjustment, and Transfer actions: Buttons to post each type of transaction.
- Overview: The overview tab shows a list of all transactions in chronological order with information such as date, description, adjustment indicator, and amount. Each transaction is color-coded depending on whether the transaction was a debit or credit on the household’s account.
- Allocations: The allocations link navigates to the allocation screen. For more information on allocations.
- Billing Statements: The Billing Statements link will navigate the user to the billing statements view for the selected household and will allow the user to generate a billing statement for the household.
- List of Transactions: List transactions chronologically, drop-down option to view details of individual transactions, as well as the option to print the transaction receipt and void a transaction.
- Running Balances: The account balance at the time of the transaction posting.
- Reports/Letters: Click the Output icon to launch the letter/report generation wizard.
- Account Balances Widget: This widget lists all of the accounts associated with a household and their subsequent balances. Clicking the name of the account will filter the transaction list to only transactions pertaining to the selected account. All Accounts Receivable Accounts are inset from their parent header.
- Amount Owed Widget: This widget displays the Accounts Receivable balances of all combined A/R accounts from all units.
- Loan Principal Balances Widget: This widget lists all active loans for households, including their principal remaining amount.
- Repayment Agreements Widget: Shows the balances and history of all repayment agreements for a household.
- Notes Widget: View of most recent household notes, with the ability to create a new note.
