The Toolbox

The Toolbox can act as a mini “Home Dashboard”, meaning once expanded it has most of the options to interact with an individual or household as the “Home Dashboard” would, without having to go through the search process. The Toolbox constitutes ease in managing a household:

To access the Toolbox you must be on a tenant’s household overview page. To the left-hand side is the Toolbox symbol:

Once clicked it expands to show multiple tools:

Through this toolbar you can:

1. Post a Transaction:
   
   Access the Transaction “actions” drop-down menu to see:

   1. Post Payment
   2. Post Charge
   3. Post Adjustment
   4. Transfer Funds
2. Add to Waitlist:
3. Open a work order
4. Perform Household actions:
   
   1. Access the household “actions” drop-down menu to:
      1. Assign a Unit.
      2. Unassign Unit.
      3. Move-In.
      4. Move-Out.
      5. Annual Recertification & Interim Recertification.
      6. Conveyance Eligible.
      7. Convey.
      8. Enroll
5. Archive Household/Invite Household to tenant portal.
