Conveyance Eligible
The Conveyance Eligible action allows the user the ability to stop all charges from posting once an individual is eligible for conveyance. This allows the legal proceedings to take place before actually conveying the unit to the tenant.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Marking a Household Conveyance Eligible:
- Navigate to the tenant’s Household Profile.
- Select the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Hover over the household actions sub-menu and select “Conveyance Eligible” from the list:
- Enter in the date the household was eligible for conveyance. As well as if you would like to stop Admin Charges for the household:
Note: Monthly loan/rent charges related to the unit will stop posting with a status of Conveyance Eligible, only Admin Fees and Recurring Transactions will continue to post if you let them. - Click “Next” and review changes and make any notes related to the conveyance eligibility.
- Finally, click finished and Success, the household is now conveyance eligible.
