PPU – Program/Project/Unit

What is PPU?

PPU is the abbreviation for the Program, Project, and Unit based upon the codes set during the setup of your Doorways site. This replaces the fields where Program and Project were shown, including the Household Overview unit status.

How Can I switch over to PPU?

These can be implemented at any time, however, by contacting your HDS support team. Currently, the Program code and Project code are only accessible by HDS Admins, though there are plans to make this easier to access for our clients in the future. Clients can, however, change the Unit Code by editing the unit and altering the unit code.

Where is PPU Implemented?

Note: If program/project/unit codes have not been established in your system, the actual unit address, and program/project name will appear in PPU’s place.

Reports

The PPU option is available on most reports as well as queries from the Analysis Center.
