Deposits
The Deposits feature allows you to create individualized deposits, selecting all transactions within project, program, category, type, or individual transactions.
Deposits Tab – Legend
A. Back to Overview and Print: “Back to Overview” will bring you to the Deposits tab, where you can edit the the deposit history by year and month. Print will open up a new tab where all deposit transactions will display as a grid. Clicking “Print” will allow you to print this page.
B. Date Range: Select the start date and end date of transactions you would like to view and deposit. Click “Apply Date Range” to apply the date range:
C. Filter: Filter through all of the current transactions by location, program, project, category, and type:
D. Previous Deposit: Displays the previous deposit number along with the date it was created.
E. Post on Date: Select a date when the new deposit should be posted. This is the date the deposit will show in the deposits history section.
F. Trash Icon: Clicking this icon will delete the transaction. Note: The deleted transaction will appear at the bottom of the page, you can restore the transaction to the deposit by clicking the “restore icon.”
G. Transactions In Deposit: This box displays all transactions that were made as well as the transactions date, reference #, household, category, type, and total. If not removed or filtered by date, every single transaction in this section will be added to the deposit upon clicking “Create Deposit.” To limit the number of transactions, remove them using the trash icon or by using the date range to limit the transactions.
H. Transactions Removed from Current Deposit: These are the transactions you opted to remove from the current deposit by selecting the “trash icon” next to each transaction.
I. Restore Icon: Clicking this icon returns the transaction back to the transactions to be included in the current deposit.
J. Create Deposit: Clicking this button will create a new deposit. See Creating a New Deposit.
K. View Summary: A modal will pop up that gives an overview of all transaction totals through payment type, category, project, and program. The amount next to the “View Summary” link is the total amount of all transactions.
