TIC Forms

Tenant Income Certification forms or TIC forms will be custom created for the state that your Housing Authority operates within. If you do not wish to use your state form, there is an HDS Universal TIC form we can configure for your site.

If you do not have TIC form document configurations and you wish to incorporate them into your system, please reach out to our support team.

To generate a TIC Form:

1. If the TIC form is configured to generate upon the completion of a household action (move-in, annual recertification, interim recertification), then the form will automatically generate and appear in the details of the household action as well as in the documents tab of the household:
   
2. If the TIC form is not configured to auto-generate.
   1. Once you have completed the household action you will then navigate back to the household history tab.
   2. Click into and expand the details of the latest action and click on the “generate letter” icon.
   3. Select “fill out a form” and select the TIC form you wish to have generated:
      
      

You can also find any historical TIC forms in the Documents section of the Household record. Just click the blue link to download the PDF to your computer.
