Convey Title

Once all legal processes have been completed and you’re ready to convey a title to your homeowner, you’ll want to perform a Convey Title household action. Note: Household must be “Conveyance Eligible” before a “Convey Title” action can be performed. 

Step-by-Step Guide to Performing Conveyance Action:

  1. From the selected households page, open the side toolbox.
  2. Hover your mouse over the household actions icon, and click “Convey Title.”
  3. The first step of the wizard will be to review and confirm the household unit. If the unit shown is correct, click the “Next” button:
  4. The conveyance wizard will then navigate to the Conveyance Date page. Enter the date of Conveyance if different than today.
  5. Select whether or not you wish Automatic admin and MEPA charges to stop. Selecting the “Yes” option will prevent future automatic charges from being posted. These may include loan charges, rent charges, admin fees, and/or recurring transactions as applicable:
  6. Click “Next.”
  7. The next step will be to review the account balances pertaining to the selected household. Any other accounts that may not be related to the Conveyance Action will appear in the “Other Accounts” section. Each account listed will include the account balance:
  8. Click “Next.”
  9. Lastly, Review the information pertained to the process and finalize the action. This page will have a small run-down of information pertaining to the household, unit address, conveyance date, and a space to enter in any additional comments for the user:
  10. Click “Finish.” Success!

  11. The conveyance action is complete, and the household’s status will be “Conveyed To.”
  12. In the household history, a new action will appear for the Conveyance Action including information pertaining to the details of the conveyance.
