Household Overview

When viewing a household or an individual in Doorways, there are multiple widgets, tabs, and fields to be viewed, added, or edited. This is where you can interact with a tenant’s household members, bio, tribal affiliation, HUD status, contact information, accounting information, waiting list details, and correspondence history.

Access this page by either:

  1. Using the Household Name search tool.
  2. Everything > Click on the desired household.

Household Management Screen at a Glance:

  1. Unit Location/Household Status: When the address is clicked, you will be directed to a Unit Overview, where you can see the units Overview, History, Work Order History, Notes, and Images.
  2. Output/Letter Generation: Click this symbol to launch the output wizard.
  3. Household Overview Tabs: Each tab offers associated information about the household.
  4. Edit Profile Link: Click this link to edit the specified tenant’s information and/or upload a profile photo.
  5. Other Household Members: Includes the option to add or remove a member of the household, as well as a drop-down menu to view the information for a selected member.
  6. Contact Information: Offers all phone numbers, addresses, and emails on the tenant’s file. The ability to select a “favorite” address, phone number, and email address is also available. This ensures when a merge field is used in reporting or generating letters, that the address/number is used instead of a secondary number/address.
  7. Waiting List Widget: Summary of waiting list status
  8. Notes Widget: Users can view and add Notes from here.
  9. Household Custom Attributes Widget: Users can view and edit Household Custom Attributes from here.
