Tracking

The tracking tab houses all of the features for one household that may include automatic monetary tracking and/or manual tracking i.e. Repayment Agreements, Deposits, Loans, and Recurring Transactions.

1. Loans: This feature allows tracking of housing/unit-related loans as well as non-housing loans such as a repair loan.
2. Recurring Transactions: Creating and tracking recurring transaction settings are done with this feature.
3. Required Deposits: To track the payment and/or amount of a required deposit for a tenant, navigate to the Required Deposits feature.
4. Repayment Agreements: When a tenant requires a repayment agreement to be set up, this can be done in the Repayment Agreements feature. Note: This feature does not integrate with the tenant ledger. Manual payments must be made.
