List all inspections (can be filtered). Includes information such as Assigned To, Date/Time, Unit Address, Household (If applicable), Inspection Type, Result, and Inspection status. You can create/add to groups from this report:
Maintenance Activities Cost Report
Categories costs by Activity. A Running total is also listed at the bottom of the report. Information such as WO#, unit, activity, material costs, labor costs, contractor costs, and billable parties are shown within this report. You can print this report by clicking the print icon in the upper right-hand corner (See photo below):
Work Order Cost Report
Categories costs by program and project. A Running total is also listed at the bottom of the report. Information such as WO#, unit, hours, material costs, labor costs, contractor costs, and more are shown within this report.
