Creating A User

Doorways allows you to create multiple users that can log in and access data in the application.

Step-by-Step Guide to Create a User:

You must be logged in to the administrator profile to create a user:

  1. Click the user drop-down menu located in the header bar.
  2. Click “Users.”
  3. A roster of all users will appear, a sample is shown below:
  4. Click the “Create New User” link. You will be redirected to the Create User page:
  5. Fill in all fields. Note: Only those fields with an asterisk are required.
  6. Optional: Enter a phone number for the user. This will be used in future development.
  7. Click “Save” when completed with the creation of the user profile.
  8. Success! You have added a new user. They will now receive an email prompting them to set up their password. Note: This link expires in one week.
  9. You will be returned to the updated user roster.
